We understand that travel plans can sometimes change. Our cancellation and refund policy is designed to be clear and fair for all our guests.
Cancellation by the client:
All cancellations must be made in writing
The following cancellation fees apply:
*More than 30 days before departure: full refund, minus any refundable booking or bank charges
*15-30 days before departure: 50% of the total cost will be refunded
*7-14 days before departure: 25% of the total cot will be refunded
*less than 7 days before departure/ no show: no refund
Please note that any non-refundable expenses already paid on your behalf, such as park permits, domestic flights, or accommodation bookings, may also be deducted from any refund.
Refunds
If you are entitled to a refund, it will be processed using the original payment method whenever possible. Refunds are typically processed within 14–30 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Changes to Your Booking
If you wish to change your travel dates or itinerary, we will do our best to accommodate your request. Any changes are subject to availability and may result in additional costs.
Cancellations by company:
In the unlikely event that safari is canceled by the company due to circumstances beyond our control (weather,conditions,government,restrictions,force majeure) clients will be offered:
*all full refund
*the option to reschuedule the safari to a later date (subject to availability)
Refund process
*Refunds will be processed within 7-14 working days
*Any bank or transfer or transaction fees are non-refundable
