Why a family safari with Summa Tanzania Adventure?
A safari with your children means showing them the wild as it truly is. Kids discover the world not through textbooks or screens, but beneath the shade of ancient baobabs, while following giraffe tracks with local guides or listening to elephants breathe in the stillness of the wild. These are moments of real cultural connection, offering an educational experience that teaches children about animals, nature, and local cultures, making it an unforgettable family vacation.
Unique cultural immersion
Beyond the wildlife, your family will experience authentic cultural connections, learning from local communities and guides.
Incredible wildlife encounters
Witness giraffes, monkeys, flamingos, and elephants. With luck, spot cheetahs, zebras, or impalas in their natural environment.
Comfortable family accommodation
Our carefully selected mid-range accommodations often feature swimming pools, perfect for children to relax and play.

Day 2: Lake Natron
After breakfast, we will pick you up at your accommodation and continue off the beaten track to Lake Natron along the Rift Valley Escarpment to the north. Your drive will pass through typical Maasai land, and soon Ol Doinyo Lengai - the sacred mountain of the Maasai - will appear in the distance before you reach the small Maasai village of Ngare Sero. Here, we will be warmly welcomed and can experience the atmosphere of everyday Maasai life. After lunch, you will take a guided walk to Lake Natron, whose shores glow pink as thousands of flamingos come to breed in the alkaline lake.
In the late afternoon you will go to your lodge and you can share your experiences with the children
Accommodation: Africa safari lake Natron
Day 3 Serengeti
Serengeti is home to the enormous migratory herds of wildebeests and zebras during the dry season. Very fascinating!!
The northern Serengeti remains an untamed wilderness full of beautiful landscapes and an abundance of wildlife. However, the northern Serengeti also supports a wealth of indigenous wildlife, including lions, elephants, hippos, giraffes, crocodiles, and the rare oribi antelopes.
In the evening you can enjoy a campfire with your family and delicious food in the restaurant
Accommodation: Olmorijo luxury camp ( nothern Serengeti)
Day 4 Seronera Valley
We are now going to the Seronera Valley, the Seronera River Valley, located in the south-central region of the park, is one of the most popular areas in the entire reserve. Known as the Big Cat Capital of Africa, the Seronera is rich in lion, leopard and cheetah – and people often spot all three in one day of game drives. Look for leopards around the Seronera River, which is home to one of Africa’s densest populations of big cats, while lions can often be seen on the kopjes (rocky outcrops). While the year-round supply of water from the Seronera River means that the area is excellent for wildlife spotting throughout the year, April to June is the peak season for game viewing in the Seronera, as this is when the plains are full of migrating wildebeest, zebra and gazelle as they’re making their way up north. The central location of the Seronera means that it’s one of the best places to see the Great Migration in action, as the animals are moving through the area for months.
Our guide passionately tells you everything about the wildlife that lives here.
After this beautiful day you return to your lodge
Accommodation: Tanzania bush camp ( Central Serengeti)
Day 5 Serengeti
Another day, another adventure in the overwhelmingly beautiful Serengeti.

Day 6 Ngorongoro Crater
After breakfast, you will drive along the crater rim to Seneto Gate on the west side, which offers an impressive view! The Ngorongoro Crater provides a home for a large number of animals due to the reliable availability of water. Animals often move in and out. The number of wildebeests and zebras increases during the dry season, while the number of elands, elephants, and waterbucks rises during the wet season. Look out for the 'Big Five' - buffalo, elephant, leopard, lion, and black rhinoceros. After intensive wildlife viewing, the journey continues at night towards Lake Eyasi.
Enjoy your evening at the lodge

Day 7 Lake Eyasi
We drive to Lake Eyasi. The region around Eyasi is home to the Hadzabe and Datoga communities, who continue their ancient lifestyles of hunting-gathering and livestock herding, respectively. You may be invited into their homes, learn about family structures, participate in traditional dances, join in bead-making with the women, take part in the traditional hunting and gathering of small game by the Hadzabe tribe members, make bows and arrows, and much more. In the early evening, drive to Arusha for an overnight stay in your hotel
